I was overwhelmed. I had a sick wife and a house to get ready for sale. I didn’t know what to do and in what order—completely overwhelmed.

Deb Siler and her BREATHING ROOM team took  over. They, literally, took the weight of the world off my shoulders. Deb and her team were professional and organized. They’d done this before!

Room by room, they decluttered and cleared. Only very rarely was my input needed. Valuable items were taken care of and cleared through a consignment facility—no hordes of people looking for cheap, I mean cheap, bargains. 

Day-to-day items were carefully boxed up and labelled. Finally, a charitable organization came into the house and cleared large items out into their trucks as well as all the boxes. All planned for and organized by Deb Siler. I went from overwhelmed to painless and pleased. What a blessing this team turned out to be.

Take it from me. I didn’t know what to do or when. The BREATHING ROOM team gave just that; some fresh air, and a job well done.

And the finishing touch was a spreadsheet with everything, I mean everything, that I had donated. What a finishing touch. Just what my CPA wanted for tax purposes.

Recently moving from PA to NC while undergoing cancer treatments wasn’t the best timing.  And being newly retired I brought every item I owned, including beloved sentimental items.  When the movers left, my new place looked like a warehouse! But a good friend (and former organizer) found a local organizer for me, BREATHING ROOM - and they were fantastic! Deb Siler and her assistant, Irina, were quick and came with every possible tool for the job. They were kind, thoughtful, and funny. They made recommendations that made closet items easier to reach – and put Post-its on the doors, to make items easy to find until I memorized them.  Plus, their great ‘design-eye’ helped me place art, furniture, and necessities in perfect  places, both aesthetically & functionable. Whether moving from out-of-state or across town, you couldn’t make a better choice!

The best part of it all Deb didn’t make you get emotionally attached to items you wanted to keep, donate or toss. There was a whole thought process involved that you didn’t even know existed. Was able to breathe in my home again when the items that were kept had its place. Thank you Breathing Room for simplifying my life again. Definitely a forever client.

Deb really knows how to clear a space! She made this incredibly stressful process a breeze. I was so nervous and overwhelmed until she swooped in and made cleaning my closet and reorganizing my kitchen seem like nothing. I was impressed and I even learned some great tips for other projects. I will definitely use Breathing Room again!
